Punxsutawney Perhaps?

I have periods of the day that I think about neat stuff to BLOG about, and then I sit down to write and its gone, damnit. Not a whole lot going on, computer has been acting up, but all seems OK now. Life just seems to be going from one day to another, not really meaning anything at all. I wonder where I'm going, where I've been.

I love the rain. I love songs about the rain, I love getting wet in the rain, I love sleeping in the rain, I love the smell of rain, I love putting new wiper blades in my truck when it rains, I love the way the sky looks when it rains, I love being in the desert and watching a rain storm pass. I sometimes think its because living in the south and playing football, I would say a silent prayer if it would just sprinkle even and cool us down during practice. I remember once in a hotel in Atlanta on floor #8, looking out in the distance, through fog and rain, and thinking how life couldn't get any better. I wish I could be there right now, that could be my personal groundhog day.
